Core boundary. Website content and an initial email do not create an advisory, contractual, fiduciary or confidential relationship. A professional engagement exists only when scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed in writing.

01

Operator and scope

This website is operated by Imadeddine Es-sebaiy under the ES-SEBAIY name as an independent professional activity based in Rabat, Morocco. References to “ES-SEBAIY”, “we” or “us” on this page mean that activity unless a signed agreement identifies another legal contracting party.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. The Privacy Notice separately explains how information connected with the website and enquiries is handled.

02

Information, not professional advice

The website describes positioning, capabilities, sectors, approach and selected owned initiatives at a general level. It is provided for information and orientation only. It is not legal, financial, cybersecurity, engineering, procurement, regulatory or other advice for a particular organisation or decision.

Do not make a material decision solely on website content. Relevant advice requires verified facts, a defined mandate, appropriate specialists and a written scope.

03

Enquiries, confidentiality and engagements

  • Sending an email or preparing a brief does not oblige ES-SEBAIY to respond, accept the work or meet a particular timetable.
  • An unsolicited enquiry is not automatically confidential. Do not send secrets, credentials, regulated data or information subject to another party's confidentiality obligation.
  • Conflict checks, capability, independence and fit may need to be assessed before any confidential information is received.
  • A binding engagement begins only through a written agreement that defines scope, outputs, assumptions, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality and applicable terms.

If these website terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement governs that engagement to the extent of the conflict.

04

Permitted and prohibited use

You may view, print or share links to public pages for legitimate internal evaluation and non-commercial reference, provided the content is not altered or presented out of context.

You must not:

  • misrepresent the website or its content as your own;
  • imply endorsement, partnership, client status, certification or an outcome that ES-SEBAIY has not expressly confirmed;
  • interfere with the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or test security without written authorisation;
  • use automated extraction in a way that burdens the service, reconstructs protected material or violates applicable law;
  • use the website for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.

05

Intellectual property and evidence boundaries

Unless stated otherwise, the ES-SEBAIY name, logo, brand system, written content, structure and original design elements are owned by or licensed for use by ES-SEBAIY. No licence is granted except the limited permission to use the website under these terms.

Editorial photographs are used to provide geographic or operating context. They do not identify clients, project locations, partnerships or endorsements. The Work page distinguishes owned execution proof, work in development and experimental initiatives; those statuses must not be recast as external client case studies.

06

Accuracy, availability and third parties

Care is taken to keep website content clear and current, but content may be incomplete, become outdated or contain an error. ES-SEBAIY may change, suspend or remove pages without notice and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Links to external standards, authorities or services are provided for reference. External sites and email applications are controlled by their respective operators and are subject to their own terms, privacy practices and availability.

07

Responsibility and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, use of this website is at your own risk. ES-SEBAIY is not responsible for a loss caused by relying on general website content as if it were advice, by unauthorised or unlawful use, or by a third-party service outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any responsibility arising from a signed engagement is governed by that engagement's terms, not this website page.

08

Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Subject to any mandatory rule or agreed dispute mechanism, disputes concerning use of the website fall within the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts.

Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the website, operating model or law. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to that later use. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Questions about these terms can be sent to imadeddine@es-sebaiy.com.
